2. Rescheduling Consultations

  • Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
     

  • Missed sessions without notice will be considered completed and non-refundable.
     

3. Refund Processing

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
     

4. Service Non-Delivery

  • If we are unable to deliver your plan or consultation due to unforeseen reasons, you will be offered:
